MINVON SOL IA-D3 Series is a high-performance all-in-one hybrid solar inverter integrating grid-tied, off-grid, MPPT solar charge controller and automatic transfer switch, available in 6kW (SOL IA6000-D3) and 7kW (SOL IA7000-D3) two power models, perfectly designed for residential hybrid solar energy storage systems.

This hybrid inverter supports parallel connection of up to 9 identical units, expanding the total power capacity to 63kW, which meets the power demand of large villas, small commercial workshops and farm energy storage projects. Equipped with dual independent MPPT trackers, the maximum PV input voltage reaches 500VDC, compatible with most mainstream solar panels on the market, with a peak conversion efficiency of 96.5%, fully capturing solar energy to reduce electricity consumption from the grid.
Different from ordinary off-grid inverters, SOL IA-D3 series adds professional grid-tied peak shaving function. When solar power is sufficient, the system preferentially uses solar energy to supply household loads, reducing electricity bills; when solar power is insufficient, it automatically switches to grid or generator power to charge batteries and supply loads. The unique dual AC output interface realizes classified management of critical loads and ordinary loads, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for essential equipment such as refrigerators, lighting and monitoring devices.
The inverter works with 48V lithium iron phosphate and lead-acid batteries, with a built-in power-saving standby mode to reduce idle power consumption. It reserves independent generator and grid AC input ports, with a typical switching time of only 10ms to avoid power flicker. Multiple communication options including WIFI/4G enable users to remotely view real-time power generation, battery SOC and equipment operating data via mobile phones anytime and anywhere.
